About Me

I am a Bioinformatics MSc candidate at the Technical University of Munich. My research lies at the intersection of Computational Biology and Machine Learning, with a specific focus on Generative Modeling and Perturbation Prediction.

Currently, I am conducting my Master's Thesis on "Generative Modeling of Cellular Reprogramming with Flow Matching" at the Helmholtz Institute of Computational Biology in the group of Prof. Dr. Dr. Fabian Theis. My work involves building large-scale bioinformatics pipelines and applying deep learning techniques to single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data.
